1. Eligibility

3. Product information and availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material batches are normal. Product availability is not guaranteed; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

4. Custom orders and intellectual property

When you place a custom order, you retain ownership of your designs, photos, and artwork. You grant The Golden Time a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce your designs for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You warrant and represent that:

• You own the rights to all content you submit, or have permission from the copyright/trademark holder
• Your design does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or rights of publicity or privacy
• Your design is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content. If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. We do not store your full payment card information; this is handled securely by Stripe.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, methods, and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, timing, and procedures are detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy. Custom-printed items are generally non-refundable except for production errors caused by us.

8. Intellectual property of The Golden Time

All content on thegoldentime.shop, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, photographs, illustrations, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Golden Time Enterprise LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User content and reviews

By submitting designs, photos, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing services, and marketing The Golden Time. You can request removal of public reviews at any time by emailing support@thegoldentime.shop.

10. Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

Before initiating any formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at support@thegoldentime.shop to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve concerns within 30 days of receiving written notice.

15. Termination
