Sizing

How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a Size guide chip next to the size selector — it opens our chart for the relevant garment without losing your color and size selections. The full reference (tees, youth tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, joggers) lives at /size-guide.
Note: custom-printed pieces aren’t eligible for sizing returns — measure twice, order once.
Do you carry youth or kids sizes?
Youth tee sizing (S–XL, ages 6–20 by chest and weight) is documented on /size-guide. Youth SKU availability is still expanding across the catalog — check individual product pages for available sizes.

Can you print my own design?
Yes — custom designs are our specialty. Browse the Custom Make-It-Yours product line (tees, hoodies, caps, mugs) to get started, then reach out through the contact options in our footer to send us your artwork. We’ll review, proof, and press in-house.
How long does a custom design take?
2–3 business days from order to shipped. Most custom apparel takes 7–14 business days through third-party fulfillment — we press in-house, so we move faster.

Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes — no minimums, no maximums. Whether you need 1 piece or 1,000, we press the same way. For volume pricing on team or event orders, reach out through the contact options in our footer and we’ll quote on the specifics.

How long until my order arrives?
Production: 2–3 business days. Shipping via UPS, USPS, or FedEx: typically 3–5 business days domestic. Total: ~5–8 business days from order to delivery.
Where do you ship?
United States and internationally. Rates calculate at checkout based on destination. International transit times vary by country and carrier.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you have an account with us, you can also see tracking and order history under your account dashboard.

Can I return my order?
30-day returns on un-customized items. Custom-printed pieces are production-final — not eligible for sizing or design-change returns. Full terms on the refund policy page.

How do I wash my apparel?
Cold wash, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach. No iron directly over the print. Standard print care — these settings preserve the press for years.
