Refunds & returns.

We want you to love every Golden Time order. This policy explains when and how you can return items, request replacements, or receive refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Custom-printed items
Because custom-printed items are made specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable. We will, however, replace or refund custom items at no charge if the error is on our side, including:
- Misprinted designs, typos, or color mismatches caused by our production
- Damaged in production or in transit
- Wrong item, size, or color shipped due to our packing error
To request a replacement, email photos to support@thegoldentime.shop within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your option.
2. Non-custom (standard catalog) items
Non-customized standard catalog items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
To return a non-custom item:
- Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the order, and click Request Refund
- Select your reason and describe the issue — you can attach photos to help us resolve it faster
- Once submitted, we will send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
- Pack the item securely and drop it at the carrier
- Once we receive the item, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days
3. Damaged in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged packaging and product to support@thegoldentime.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately, no questions asked.
4. Wrong size or color (customer error)
For custom items: please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Wrong size or color due to customer error is not eligible for refund.
For non-custom items: if you ordered the wrong size or color, you may still return the item within 30 days under the standard return policy above. Log in to your account, go to your order, and submit a refund request. We do not offer exchanges — if you need a different size or color, place a new order once your refund is processed.
5. Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Order cancellations
You may cancel a standard or custom order before production starts (typically within 1 hour of placing the order). Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Email support@thegoldentime.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
7. Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product ships. Email us and we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
8. Coupon codes and discounts
- One-time use codes (format: GT-XXXXXXXX) are issued via the welcome popup and marketing emails
- Codes are tied to the email address that received them and can only be used by that customer
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
- Codes expire 30 days after issue unless otherwise stated
- If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid
9. Restocking fee
Standard returns of unopened, undamaged non-custom items have no restocking fee. Returns due to incorrect address provided by the customer or refused delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of original shipping.
10. Sale and clearance items
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund. Please confirm your size and selection before purchase.
11. Bulk and team orders
Bulk orders of 50 or more pieces are non-refundable except in the case of production errors caused by us. We strongly recommend ordering one sample piece before placing a large bulk order.
12. International returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties and taxes paid by the buyer are non-refundable.
