Thank you for shopping with The Golden Time. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we ship your orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order processing time
- Standard catalog items (in stock): 1–3 business days
- Custom-printed items: 2–3 business days for design verification, production, and quality check
- Pre-order items: ships on the release date listed on the product page; you will be notified by email
- Bulk and team orders (50+ pieces): 7–10 business days; we will confirm a ship date when you place the order
2. Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (please allow an additional 3–5 business days for these locations).
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days, from $9.99
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days, from $14.99
- Overnight Shipping: next business day, from $29.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (contiguous United States)
3. International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Important: customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. The Golden Time is not responsible for any additional charges levied at the border.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. You can also view tracking details in your My Account dashboard at any time. If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam folder.
5. Shipping delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control may extend delivery times. The Golden Time is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
6. Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact support@thegoldentime.shop within 1 hour; we will do our best to update it before shipment.
7. Lost or damaged packages
- Lost in transit: if your tracking shows no carrier delivery confirmation after 21 business days from dispatch, contact us. We will reship your order at no additional charge or issue a full refund at your option.
- Damaged in shipping: email photos of the damaged package and product to support@thegoldentime.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Failed delivery and returns to sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you with two options:
- Pay re-shipping costs to have the order resent to a corrected address
- Receive a refund minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
9. Sustainability
We use recyclable shipping materials whenever possible.
