Customized Products: Non-refundable if errors are from customer side (wrong size, text, image). Refunds/replacements only if our mistake (wrong design/defect).
Non-Customized Products: Returns/refunds allowed within 30 days, item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Return shipping at customer’s cost unless defective/wrong item.
Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges: Allowed only for non-customized items (within 30 days). Customized items only if our error.
Cancellations: Possible only before order goes into production/shipping.
Damaged Items: Report within 7 days with photos for refund/replacement.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards, digital downloads, clearance items, used/damaged returns.
